"Girl Fun Shopping" is what we call it when Hannah needs a break from the siblings and I take her shopping for something fun. Saturday was girl fun shopping, but without Hannah. First, we visited Kelly at the Kheils counter at Nordstrom. Amy had a makeover, and it was glorious to behold. Then we hit Banana Republic for 50% off clearance (thank you, BR email updates), where I picked up this silver silk dress. I'm always panicked when I need something nice, and there is never anything worth buying when you are looking for it. So I've committed myself to buying something nice when I'm not looking for it, and stumbled on the occasion Saturday.
Silver silk dress - $150. 50% off sale price, plus an additional 20% damage discount for something super small that I can fix with a needle, and I paid $25.
Twenty....Five....Dollars......

Add a fancy little cardigan, and done. Only thing is, I'm bummed this didn't happen before the Nashville wedding last October.
