I made this up. No really, I did. Good, crusty French bread. Slice it. Spread thinly with chevre (soft goat cheese). Add sliced pear, and globs of brie. Stick it under a high broiler for 5 minutes, until the brie melts and carmelizes a bit. So yummy and gooey. Inspired by the French Pie at Eva's, not relation to the dog.
