Is there time?

Do I have time to get serious about yoga? Is it a waste of time to set a "new year's resolution" (something I don't do) to have a yoga body? It means giving up Mexican food. Hmm... Some things to ponder.

  1. Ah hahaha! I think that more important than your "yoga body" question is if you can commit to the mental aspect of yoga. People either go to yoga or they don't. Almost no one "sometimes does yoga" they are either going routinely, or, they were on a kick and stopped and haven't been back in 3 months because of their prior knowledge that it is a real commitment. It's both rewarding and taxing, but certainly provides a mental stimulation that you crave more and more; however, once you break from that routine, i think, its difficult to jump back in.
